三、研究方向:

主要集中于探索2型糖尿病及非酒精性脂肪肝发病机制,寻找新的潜在治疗靶点,并构建相应的药物筛选平台。同时,我们研究传统中药(主要指植物药)活性成分构效关系,揭示其发挥药理作用的潜在分子机制。此外,我们利用学科交叉的思想,基于生物学,化学,材料学等原理,设计生物材料,纳米酶等,探索其在糖尿病创面修复领域的应用,并揭示其潜在作用机制。
