1 代谢组学
基于LC-MS蛋白组学筛选与疾病相关的靶蛋白。
2. 药物化学
(1)药物设计:选取与疾病相关蛋白,通过计算机辅助药物设计或筛选得到与疾病相关蛋白结合的候选化合物,结合体内外药理研究筛选得到有一定药理活性的先导化合物。
(2)基于肿瘤组织中特异表达代谢酶激活的肿瘤细胞检测荧光探针的合成与应用。以肿瘤组织中特异高表达的代谢酶为靶蛋白,合成得到一系列靶向代谢激活的近红外荧光探针,用于肿瘤的早期检测。
(3)以天然活性化合物为先导化合物,合成得到靶向代谢酶激活的抗肿瘤化合物。体内外研究候选化合物的靶向抗肿瘤化合物的活性和毒性,完成临床前研究。
