基于胞内活性氧物种(ROS)水平的调控,开发选择性抗癌试剂;基于基因组学、转录组学、蛋白组学的整合研究策略,分析癌症治疗过程中的生物学机制及相关问题;基于多组学的研究策略,分析基因表达调控的相关机理;开发基于配位化学的新型抗癌试剂或药物,并分析潜在的作用机理。
